PREPARING YOU FOR REAL-LIFE SITUATIONS
MHT develops, tailors, and provides advanced e-Learning and Semi-Simulators solutions and courses to a wide variety of applications and customers across the military and the commercial industries. Each solution is specifically tailored to the customer's needs and individual requirements of expected performance, content, structure and presentation.
E-LEARNING
"e-Learning", "Computer-Based Training (CBT)", or "Web-Based Training (WBT)" are interactive instructional approaches in which the computer assumes the role of an instructor, and provides a series of stimuli, explanations, and feedbacks to the trainee.
E-LEARNING BENEFITS:
- Powerful and efficient knowledge and learning base accessible by trainees anytime
anywhere
- Enhanced performance and capabilities of trainees due to tailored content and individual
learning and assignment pace
- Increased cost effectiveness due to reduced learning cycles and overhead alongside
continuous availability for refresher and support activities
HIGHLIGHT FEATURES:
- Multimedia content including video, animation, audio elements, and Show Me
- Interactive content - exercises, simulations of actual work environments and Feedback
- Operational simulations – allowing trainees to practice the operation of systems and
applications alongside immediate feedbacks Assessment
CONFIGURATION OPTIONS:
- Standalone courseware
- Run locally on a PC station
- Run on a PC station connected to a Microsoft Network or Novell LAN
- Run on a distant station via internet / intranet
- Learning and Content Management System (LCMS/LMS)
SEMI SIMULATORS – ADVANCED SIMULATED "REAL LIFE" EXERCISES
A Semi Simulator is an advanced PC-based training system, simulating the Graphic User Interface (GUI) of complex systems, fault isolation systems, and more. Our Semi Simulators support multiple scenarios with various participants and alternative responses, thereby enabling trainees to be better prepared for a real-life situation. The Semi Simulator platform enables trainees to practice at their own pace. It enables trainees to practice, in complete safety, maneuvers that are too dangerous or impossible to try in a real system or aircraft.
Highlight features:
Simulating flight systems algorithms using a 3D ground model to provide life-like visibility.
The semi simulator runs on a stand-alone PC, local network, or any standard LMS system (AICC Compatible) on the organization's server.
The semi simulator allows a trainee to perform self-debriefing and receive a full feedback for his/her achievements.
